Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, we rely on:
• taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;

• compliance with legal obligations; and
• your consent for optional analytics, advertising cookies, personalised advertising or optional marketing communications.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
5. Enquiry forms and sales recipients
Website enquiries are processed using Netlify Forms.
A submitted enquiry may be stored within Netlify’s systems and delivered by email to authorised members of the Terrazze Residences sales team.
Access to enquiries is limited to people who need the information to respond to and manage the enquiry, together with authorised hosting, website, email and IT service providers acting on our instructions.
Submitting a property enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional emails. Where separate consent is required for ongoing marketing communications, it will be requested separately.
We do not sell personal data.

We may use service providers supporting the website, sales communications, analytics and advertising, including:
• Netlify, for website hosting, form processing, security and related infrastructure;

• email and IT providers used to deliver and manage enquiries;
• authorised website-development, maintenance and technical-support providers; and
• professional advisers where necessary.
These providers may process personal data only as needed to provide their services, comply with legal obligations and protect their systems, subject to their contractual and legal responsibilities.
We may also disclose personal data:
• where required by law, court order or a competent authority;
• where necessary to protect our rights, property, users or systems;
• to professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants or auditors; or

These choices may cover:
• analytics storage;
• advertising storage;
• advertising user data; and
• personalised advertising.
Google explains that when advertising or analytics consent is denied, Google tags restrict cookie use and may adjust how measurement requests operate.

You may later change or withdraw your consent through the Cookie Settings link available on the website.
Further information about the technologies currently in use, their providers, purposes and duration may be displayed in the cookie-preferences panel or a separate Cookie Policy.
8. Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us produce aggregated reports about website traffic, interactions and performance.
Google may process Analytics information on our behalf in accordance with the applicable Google Analytics terms and data-processing arrangements. Google describes itself as a data processor for customers using Google Analytics under GDPR-related arrangements.

• conversion measurement;
• campaign attribution;

• personalised advertising.
Google requires affirmative consent signals for personalised advertising and remarketing in relevant jurisdictions.
Visitors who reject advertising technologies should not be added to personalised advertising or remarketing audiences through our website.
10. Meta Ads and Meta Pixel
We may advertise Terrazze Residences through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Where advertising consent has been provided, Meta Pixel may record visits and selected website actions so that we can:

The website contains links that allow visitors to contact the Terrazze Residences sales team through WhatsApp.
Where this is implemented as a standard external link, no WhatsApp message is sent to us unless you choose to open WhatsApp and contact the sales team.
When you use WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by WhatsApp and Meta’s own terms and privacy policies. Any message sent to our sales team will be processed by Euromix Beton for the purpose of responding to and managing your enquiry.
12. Google Maps and other third-party content
The website may in future include services such as:
• Google Maps;
• embedded videos;
• social-media content;
• virtual tours; or
• other third-party features.
Where these services can set optional cookies or transfer information to third parties, they should remain blocked until the visitor provides the appropriate consent.
This Privacy Policy and the website’s consent controls should be reviewed whenever a new third-party service is introduced.
13. International data transfers
Some service providers, including Google, Meta and Netlify, may process or store personal data outside Montenegro or the country from which you access the website.
Where required by applicable law, we and our providers rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, adequacy decisions or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.
14. How long we keep personal data
If an enquiry does not progress into a transaction or continuing client relationship, we normally retain the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may delete it sooner if it is no longer needed.
If an enquiry progresses into a reservation, purchase, contract or other business relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer in accordance with contractual, accounting, tax, limitation-period and other legal requirements.
Security and technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal compliance.
Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our configured settings and the retention rules of the relevant service providers.
Consent choices may be retained for the period needed to remember and demonstrate the visitor’s selected preferences.
We may retain limited information for longer where necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
15. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
